Graphic Installation
and Production Assistant

(Part-Time to Full-Time)
Location: Redlands, CA

About Us:
Pennington Designs has been proudly serving Southern California, with a focus on local work, for over 15 years. We specialize in high-quality screenprinting, custom wall coverings, and graphic installations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a dual-role position, with responsibilities in both screenprint production and wall covering/graphic installation.
 
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Screenprint Production Assistant with additional responsibilities as a Wall Covering & Graphic Installer. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. No prior experience is necessary, but attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Screenprint Production Assistant:
 
•Cleaning screens and preparing them for printing.
•Mixing inks and ensuring proper colors for production runs.
•Counting and tracking apparel as it arrives and leaves the department.
•Assisting with the loading of apparel onto printing machines and catching/folding items as they come off the machines.
•Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
 
Wall Covering & Graphic Installer:
 
•Installing wall decals on walls and windows.
•Learning to install decals on vehicles and wallpaper on walls.
•Working with ladders and scissor lifts at heights of up to 15-20 feet.
•Coordinating installations with team members, typically within a 20-30 mile radius of the office (transportation to job sites can be provided).
 
Qualifications:
 
•No prior experience required; all necessary on-the-job training will be provided.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
•Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet.
•Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
•A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
•Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Schedule & Compensation:
 
•Starting part-time (20-30 hours per week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance.
•Pay is negotiable based on experience, with performance reviews after 90 days.
•No additional benefits offered, but the company does provide a matching 401(k) and standard California-mandated employee benefits.
